Angel Broking — Opening a demat account

It's been OVER 10 DAYS I registered for creating a Demat account. My app constantly shows KYC under verification ever since. I have not been assisted promptly or accurately through your customer support. For a new user like me you have not been able to assist well. I have already received an email from NSE assigning angel one as stock broker linked with my PAN card.
Attached is the screenshot of my account registration request and an email from YOU that KYC verification would take maximum upto 3 business days.
I am a beginner and your lousy services has already lowered my excitement to work with you.
Your misleading advertisement shows open demat account in 5 minutes v/s it's been 12 days and there is no action from your side yet. The customer service number of yours is also not reachable. I would like to take necessary actions regarding the same and like to receive a formal explanation of why this has happened.
