Actually while opening a dmat acc angel broking official told that there will no charges up to 1yr and when i started my transition they deducted ₹600 with out informing me. So when asked those persons they are not ready to respond me. And even i tld about my problem they are ready to resolve my this shows poor customer service. Sep 09, 2017 Updated by Anand bakare Sir my client code is vvgj1003 when your approached me told that for 1yr our services is free there will no charges for any of transition or any annual maintenance charges so agreed to open an account with you but when I started transitions they deducted my ₹600 with out informing me.when i asked concert broker about it he is not at all responding me.so I kindly angel broking team if such type of broker are there then I dnt think your institution will grow.so kindly request you to look to the matter and resolve as soon as possible. I have opened an account in angel broking one year back they add wrong bank details and wrong pH to account. I was unable to access my account at all. I called so many times I called the representative but they did not respond to me. Finally once the year end comes they are showing some customer service and asking for money now. In what grounds I have to pay maintenance fees. Without operating account.

And I got a call from this +[protected] number and he was talking so rude. I have recorded audio clips for prof.

Kindly get back to me with respect. And teach your agent how to handle customer's.
