Hello Team,
For more than a month I have been trying to re-activate my Demat account and got in touch with the customer care executive 4 times in a period of 40 days and every time I was said that the account will be re-activated within a week and now it's been more than a month but yet no positive results from your end.
Totally disappointed with the service!!
Also, it's a tedious process to get in touch with the customer care executive.
The call gets connected once in a blue moon. Totally pathetic service!
I still have active IPO shares in my account and without any prior notification, it has been suspended.
