My client id is AKII1004 & I had made intraday fno transactions on:
*12/Sept/2024- Nifty 27050, 26950, 26850 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-6819.15)
*09/Sept/2024- Midcpnifty 14400 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-1473.13)
*03/Sept/2024- Finnifty 25900 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-3897.42)
*28/March/2024- Nifty 25000, 24250 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-87, 071.64)
I very sad and mentally distrubed by angel one services for fooling us customers by giving purposely loss and from a long time angel one is doing this to me i had compaint many times on angel one customer care number and they assure me that my order is a intraday order and i have not worry it will automatically closed by angel one.
I had made intraday orders in fno but when i exit them all in my order section around 3:00 pm the orders did not exit and remains open for whole day and for those same time i had complaint on angel one customer care number and they assure me that my order is a intraday order and i have not worry it will automatically closed by angel one but when i see my account next day the huge loss is mine.
Above four orders were placed in intraday orders and when i tried to exit it around 3:00 pm they did'nt and still remain open whole day and each day on the transaction i called customer care of angel one and they assured me that i have not to worry and this a intraday transaction will be closed by angel one automatically but next they the huge loss is mine. Now i can'nt take this anymore i have taken the loan for repaying loss amount on 40% p.a. So, Please help me in this issue for recovery of my loss amount as soon as possible.
