Angel Broking — trade related issue-account blocked | |||||
I have a account in angel broking. I have used that account... From last 4 days i was receiving excess limit used mails... And i have already cut my position on daily basis according to that mail. But on 4th day i received a massage which is mentioned that you have to pay around 2k rupees. I have cut my position with more than 4500 rs. But on next day... I was unable to sell my position on delivery also. And that's why (Only for 5k excess) i had taken more than 21k loss. Because i was unable to sold my shares which one i had. I want my loss back. Else i will go to sebi with full case. I am mentally harassed with this case. And hoping that you should resolved it on urgent basis. MY old mob no is [protected] i wants to update my mob no . pls tell me procedure . my trading passward has been changed before 6 month ago . i loss my registered mob no so i want to update my mob no . what is the process to change mob no, i wants to know .
I have created new account on 23rd feb. But my account is showing error of "account is blocked for trading". I have already added funds in my account please check this issue .This Same issue reported to customer service on 24th morning but issue is not solved yet.
