We would like to inform you that we request you to visit it at nearest branch for demat account opening they will assist you in account opening. Further, the punj lyod and hdil shares are lying in our beneficiary account. Once you link your new demat account we will transfer the shares in demat account.

Thanks for your response, but i am not getting how could you say that my account is in-active status, when i am getting statement in weekly basis on my mail.
And what about my expenses which i had paid while opening my account and till it is showing that there are two types of shares purchased on behalf of me by your organsation detals are as :

1) punj lyod

2) hdil

What happened to these shares, and i need assistance in doing all process as i am not able to perform it solely.
So please ask one of your representative or executive who can guide me and do on my behalf the work to be done to activate my account.
