Anix Mart — Bad quality with missing item dress delivered | |||
Hello sir, I've ordered a dress on 24 May 2021 from Anix Mart through the Facebook marketplace. The dress got delivered on 28 May 2021. It was missing the can-can item part about which I have asked the person very clearly. They said Yes it is there. Even I have asked the same question at the order confirmation time. The salesperson(moile number: [protected]) too said Yes it will include the can-can. But, the delivered item doesn't have a can-can. Even the fabric of the cloth is very bad. and not the same as the picture. I tried to raise a return and refund. But that person(Mobile number: [protected]) is ignoring my calls and messages. It is very disappointing during the period of COVID-19 when we cannot go to the stores and rely on online providers. I can see there are many other complaints raised against the Anix Mart.
