Anix Mart — Did not refund my money

I ordered a lehenga from anix mart. They had told that there is return and refund policy. So I bought it. Once I received my product, it was horrible, the quality of lehenga was too bad. So I contacted them for refund. It's been 4 months they didn't refund my money. It was a waste of money. Never order anything from anix mart or market place from facebook. It is a scam or fraud.
