Anix Mart — Purchase saree

Hi I have ordered a designer saree from this seller via contacting his facebook seller page. He delivered the saree after 6 days and i paid Rs 2250 to him.
But when we checked the packet the saree was not matching which we ordered from him, now he is not refunding to the amount.
This fraud seller is not answering on facebook and not answering to calls...
