Hi, I've been trying to hit "submit" to get my transcripts sent to WES the past few days, I have uploaded all necessary documents under 5 MB but able to see view for few documents.

Please help, this is an urgent request

My name is jerry r John studied in jayamatha engineering college nagercoil which affiliated by Anna university.i had two register number because i got yearback in 2013 in my 3rd semester in 2008regulation. After that i rejoined in next year in 2nd year 3rd semsester but regulation change to 2013 regulations.My reg num is[protected] and i had cleared all my exam on nov/dec special examination 2021. 2013regulation register number is[protected], I had cleared all subjects in both register numbers, From my college also send a request letter to anna university that i dont have any peding subjects to write so kindly provide provisional certificate but till now no response from university.the colleagues who wrote exam on same examination has received their provisional certificates.
Im attaching the result copy of both register number and copy of letter which is send by college to anna university.
Kindly please do the needfull.

Please note the caution Deposit refund was initiated in aukdc portal on June 2022 and still not resolved. Other students got the refund who initiated after me and requesting to please process the refund. The photo of portal is attached below and reg number is [protected].

Caution Deposit refund was initiated one year back and not yet processed. The same is shows pending for an year now. Please find the below screenshot attached.

I have applied for WES through their portal which cannot be accessed via any foreign location due to SSL certificate issue However i have uploaded all documents and each document took nearly a week to get verified now its been two weeks my consolidated marksheet is not yet verified. Getting a Job offer itself is difficult I have PE certification from Canada but my wes is delayed due to which the employer is on the verge of revoking Job offer. Its difficult enough to get a job but the university support is negligible. please advise and resolve the issue.

I'm Megala, pursued ME from Anna University CEG Campus during[protected]. Due to covid19 suitation, completed my course from 2nd sem to final semester through online. I couldn't apply for caution deposit within an year. So, my deposit amount still not refunded and I'm not aware of such a rules. My classmates also facing the same. Still didn't get refund amount. So kindly take action and refund the caution deposit amount as earlier.

I have been selected for a single girl child scholarship by UGC. University has to link my master data to the SFMP portal. For checker approval, they have sent a request for a beneficiary code. But the beneficiary code is not yet generated and the checker cannot give approval also.

I applied for the genuine certificate for Gopinath P on 03.05.2023. even after 15 days it shows verification is pending. how long it takes to complete the genuine verification and issue of certificate.

I’m Sonam Yangki, Completed my degree in 2016 and now I need to apply for WES so I have been calling the COE department contact number mentioned in the website and also emailing in

to request for the process of WES since more than a week. My mail was responded only twice with not enough information and since then I have been sending mails but none responded.

“Choose autonomous-6178” that’s all I have received in the second respond which is not understandable what it means.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible because for the WES process the time given is limited and with this unresponsive action it will be invalid and the process cannot be done.

No one answers the call in the given contact number for the COE website for Anna University.

Hi.. I had applied for duplicate marksheet a week back and have no update on it. My application number is A27997-B40092 .
I need it for submitting in my organisation and is really urgent(and might lose my job offer because of it).

There is no helpline number or application tracking method. Atleast a tentative deadline from the website for each category would be helpful.

I have requested for my transcripts via the university's online portal on Feb-28. The status is “Section Process” initially and further its changed to "Transcript Print Under Processing- Grade" for longer time, and no update after that.

I sincerely request Anna university to send my transcripts to NCEES as soon as possible because I would want to complete my activities as planned.

A request was placed on early February to process the transcript for my PG course. The request has been in "Section process" status as long as I can remember. There is not way to contact the transcript section, as calls are never answered and mails never get a response. Only way is to go in person and inquire about the status of the application. My immigration process is pending only because of this delay.

I am venkata krishnan P completed my undergraduation in pharmaceutical technology in Anna university BIT Campus Tiruchirappalli. I completed my course in the year[protected] and graduation day completed on Nov, 2022.
I have applied for caution deposit refund in AUKDC Website on Aug 2022.It shows status as verified in the aukdc website but I didn't received refund in my account. While checking with student affairs (e-governance), telling that refund application should be done within one year of course completion. We're not aware of this timelines for refund application and didn't found any rules and regulations in Anna university regulations 2017.Kindly consider this as serious issue and help us to claim the refund ASAP.

My name is Amulraj, Completed my B.tech graduation in 2022 April from Anna University Trichy. I have applied for Caution Deposit Refund on 28-Aug-2022 and not yet received. When I contacted the support team of the Anna university, Chennai on[protected], to receive the update on the refund process via email. They have responded to me that I have crossed the one year time period for the refund application. So the refund will not be applicable to me. But I haven't received any notification regarding the deadline and there are multiple students unaware of this deadline and they are waiting for the refund. Kindly Support us
