Annamalai University — applying for consolidated mark sheet of 3 year

i have completed my BBA from annamalai university. I have received the provisional certificates. for degree certificate they are asking the photo copy of all the mark sheet. I do not have all the mark sheet due to postal error. i have four out of eight, but i have the registration no. and year of passing of all the mark sheet which i do not have. I called many times but annamalai is not responding to me. It is requested plz let me know how to get the consolidated mark sheet of all three year, if i do not have all the mark sheets of previous year, but have the provisional certificate and transfer certificate
