Pcp certificate not received yet of exam held in 2015. Student has visited the university in jan17 who works in abroad after no reply on multiple emails, calls & still not received the same. Now student wants to apply for higher studies in canada still the university isnt replying mails. Now sending so much money one cant visit the university again and agian.

I have completed my postgraduate integrated course in biotechnology in the year 2013 batch of[protected] with excellent results but unfortunately the reason of me not received my convocation certificate yet even after applying for it stands as a huge hinderance to my future.

Icompleted my mphil in 2007 under enrollment no[protected] and reg no : 401m0677f00442 and didn't receive my degree certificate. I also need consolidated marksheet and genuiness certificate so as to produce the proof's of my degree before he authority issue the same n my favour and oblige.

Regarding the consolidated mark sheet details has not mentioned in any place of candidates instructions or examination application form (How to apply and fees details). I have to 3000km distance between university and my native place. I am working in office and i have no leave in weekdays. I am sunil rawat from uttar pradesh and i have completed my graduation from annamalai university through distance education in b. B. A (Ca) in the year of january 2010. Roll no. Is [protected] and reg. Number: 143m09115t01064.
I still haven't received my degree provisional certificate and my all 3years mark lists.
In spite of calling the university distance education office several times and sending email since the past 7 year there is no response or any progress in my query.
I have paid my entire fee to the university and cleared all my subjects but still haven't got my certificate and mark list.

Please kindly look into the issue and do the needful to help me get my certificates as soon as possible!

My name is ritu kochar and i gave my dde exam for diploma in english journalism in may 2017. The results for this came by the end of august or early september. I am in dire need of my marksheets and transcripts because i will be applying to universities outside india soon and hence, i urgently require the transcripts by the end of november at the most.

Now to get transcripts, marksheet is needed and i haven't received them yet through the post. I have been writing emails and calling persistently without anybody picking up the 20 lines that you've put up (I received emails but one reply in a week which is mostly a 4-5 words reply, e. G. Purpose of transcripts). I repeat not one call answered properly. The ones that were answered either gave me another extension or just cut the call on my face as if it was a mistake on my part.

Now, sir/madam, i have no option because i do urgently need these transcripts for my admission, hence, i will be filing an rti with the government asking:
1. Why have i not received my marksheet yet;
2. I understand there could be a problem with post, but then why wasn't i informed;
3. Why have so many helplines been put up when there are no humans to answer them in your city;
4. Will i ever receive them or not so that i can forget i ever gave this exam and continue the process without them?

Also, being a sub-editor in sakal times, if i don't see a solution to my problems in the near future, i will make sure to express the issues that i have faced with our country through the newspaper round and hopefully it will reach your doorstep too and makes the impact i desire.

I have made around 1000 calls at all the help desk without anyone helping me. Your management is stopping a student from studying further. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation.
