Dear sir, I have registered for MSC through distance centre in the last week . And I have paid Rs 8000 .Now I am not willing to do that. I opted another course. So I kindly request you to refund my money. You have the responsibility to do that.

I haven’t received any information about when I will receive my transcript and transfer certificate and the progress as to what has been done till date .I have tried calling office but it just doesn’t get connected. Have mailed countless time but no response has been received till date regarding the matter. can I know how many more days will it take for you to send the transcript.

I am here with sincere request for your help.
You would have noticed below the email thread, for the questions that I have asked before and the responses that you have provided. I am not sure if I can request for a professional response especially considering that this is India's 17th ranking university.

What's my request?
I am eager to make my payment for four duplicate mark sheet under enrollment number[protected].

Within that enrollment number, I need duplicate mark-sheets for the below registrations numbers

I also need a convocation certificate for my degree under the same enrollment number.

So here are my prevailing concerns:
1) Would you guys please provide a proper segregation of your DDE and On Campus grievance handling platform on your website?

2) When I am trying to make a payment on your portal I face these two problems;
a) It does not accept my international credit card. It only accepts local Indian credit card. Payment gateway is ICICI only. Although I am in India for the moment, I am a resident of the Philippines since 12 years. So I only have Philippines credit card. Why doesn't your website provide options for international credit cards?
b) For an esteemed university such as yours you do not yet have any modern payment options through current payment solutions such as PayPal, google pay. And this is a university that seems to be so far away from modern realities. Would you guys please reflect how you guys bought your groceries and food during the recent pandemic? I hope you can without emotion objectively reflect on improving the user interface and user experience of your website.
c) While making a payment on your website a message pops up saying that it's taking me through a secure gateway but just at the time of hitting submit payment it warns that I should proceed at my own risk as the internet may not be secure. While I am here in India, I have always been buying all my food online through the same credit card but it never sends me message like this that I am seeing on your website. I don't understand why the university page doesn't provide a safe digital ecosystem for making payments.

Help needed:
I am not sure how to go ahead and make the payments as I need the duplicate mark-sheets. 1) Is there any way to get a scanned copy of my marksheets?
2) Are there any other ways to obtain a duplicate copy of my marksheets and original copy of my convocation certificate?

We are in a super digital age now and I wonder how institutions, an esteemed university such as Annamalai University will catch up with current market needs and demands.

I hope you understand my dilemma and you will notice that since April 2021, I have been trying to secure my duplicate mark-sheets. Its just so cumbersome seeking a professional response from your end, as you will notice below the response style is very cavalier and it's not helping your alumni.

If I am unable to get a solution, I will need to escalate this to the University Grants Commission of India's grievance cell to step in and reform the redressal process of your university. So I hope you can provide a professional resolution for my concern.

If you need my physical address in India I can provide you with that as well.

I asked Annamalai university to send attested copies of my transcripts to WES Canada as this is one of the condition for immigration to Canada and the documents should be sent directly by the university . I paid Rs. 5550 as advised by someone from controller of examination Annamalai university over the email ([protected]@gmail.com) along with required documents delivered at university address on 13th September 2021 but till now they have not sent my transcripts to WES Canada. I have sent at least 50 emails to them asking for the status but no one cares to respond, other email ID rejects the emails as their inbox is full. Also, most of the phone numbers mentioned on Annamalai university does not exist and no one picks the one which rings. My immigration is on hold due to their negligence and carelessness.

I have not received my migration certificate.

I have applied for migration certificate through email and paid fee online on 29th September, 2021 and send hard copy of all documents through registered post (as per instructions from Annamalai University), which is received by Annamalai university on 4th October, 2021.

I applied for transcript to be sent to WES 3 months back, but still no update on same .
They called us in between and said your surname is not matching in degree and marksheet and hence we cant process transcript, but this is mistake done by university, When i submitted name change request to them paid them fees of 500 Rs (attached the receipt ), They only changed name in degree and not in marksheet .

Now they are asking to send TC so that name can be corrected and Transcript can be issued, But I never received TC for me, I dropped multiple emails, posted documents 1000 times but no response, I stay very far and cant travel and no one picks call, feeling helpless what to do .
