Annamalai University — Convocational fee Refund

I just graduated from annamalai university via INIFD Andheri. I did not receive a degree yet so I searched on their website for any help, I was directed to convocation certificate registration portal where it asked me for my reg. No. And asked for a payment of ₹1250. Later that week my college- INIFD andheri informed that we didn't have to pay towards convocation certificate and the degree should be delivered to our home as we paid for that earlier along with examination fees... Since then I've tried to contact them via mail and on calls but got no reply...
They had also collected a ₹2000 DD during the first year, later asked us to submit a new dd for a different name.. And haven't yet returned my previous dd. To my college or me. I am not able to contact anyone from the universities team.. I demand a refund for both or a refund of 1250 and return of DD.
