Annamalai University — degree certificate lost in transit

I have cleared my ma degree (English) through distance education in 2002 but still i have not got the degree certificate. When contacted it was told that the degree certificate was dispatched but not delivered. Please help me how to retrieve my degree certificate.

I have completed my course(M.B.A) international bst.in year 2009 Registration number 179M09115S00709.BUt till date I havenot received my degree.please send the same at the following address.
