HORRENDOUS CHEATING LIAR:. The brand Anogii, which is run by Vanshika Khanna ( based out of Amritsar) is extremely unreliable, unprofessional and outright thieves. I had paid her 10500 Rs for 6 items and it's been 7 months and the items have not reached me. She has consistently refused to do a refund saying she does not have the money. THIS after taking payment upfront and sitting on it for 7 months!!!π¨ She continues to take orders on insta and is very active. After 3 months she told me stock is over and made me swap items. 2 items were sent in the wrong size which I returned so that it can be exchanged as per their policy. In turn she has kept lying to me consistently. From production issues, to funds issues, to material getting over, to courier being returned to her by Maruti courier, then courier getting lost by DTDC and THEN courier being sent/dispatched to a wrong state( absolute rubbish) ; she has given me ALL excuses. And we are STILL talking about the same 6 items!!! She even tried to threaten me in a not-so-subtle way that her Father inlaw is the commisioner of Amritsar. I have all her voice/WhatsApp messages as proof which I have submitted to the cops and online legal cell. ALSO, she seems like a young womam who is absolutely unprofessional and immature. The way she communicates with her customer is shocking. I am attaching pics of her chat. ' Mein pagal hu kya?' ...' Aapko energy hogi chase karne ki, mujh mein nahin hain'. Etc etc etc. During one call she tells me not to expect my refund and will consider it as per her convenience. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life . To take someones money, not deliver for 7 months and then refuse to refund and speak like THIS! This is worse than cheating, it's humiliating . I write this to inform customers to BEWARE! Please know the risks of engaging with this company + entrepreneur. It's like dealing with a petulant irrational 4 year child who has no idea how to be professional or keep her word and will lie at the drop of a hat! ππΌ10500Rs is a big amount. I have written to the costumer consumer court, filed a cyber complaint and am ALSO in the process of tracing her family details so I can get in touch and inform them of this dishonest behaviour. UPDATE: she has NOW sent me 3 items ( after lying that she's dispatched all :message attached as proof) out of which two are still the old ones that I had returned(5 months ago) cos they were the wrong size. She has now filed a response full of lies in the ecourt saving that I hadn't returned the items to her. Below is proof of delivery. She is also harrasing me because I have written this online review. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN! SHE prefers to do all THIS instead of apologizing and returning 5500/- ALL THIS OVER CLOTHES !! I am ashamed I have had the misfortune of dealing with this cheat.

OH MY GOD Puja! God bless you for putting up this honest review. It's absolutely HORRIFYING to see a woman -Vanshika Khanna behave like this. Especially since one wants to support women entrepreneurs. She has a strong reputation of being a legit fraud. Also, as per her own stories last year's, customers in Amritsar have LITERALLY landed at her office and threadened her. I am attaching a snapshot of my chat with her ( before she cheated me I was being kind)where talks about it.

How can such businesses be stopped from scamming so many people? Even I got cheated by the same brand few months back and I still see the business so active on Instagram and still not doing anything against it. Similar incident happened with me. After placing the order, I received all wrong products and when I messaged her for the same, she blocked me without any resolution.
I must say how can a customer has alll the rights in the world to proof there selft right and correct and absolutely you all are not right!!!

Order was placed a year back, half the orders are not fulfilled.
They claim to be SLOW COMPANY. I ask - is 1 year not reasonable ???
Excuses after excuses - she’s has dispatched my order thrice, but I haven’t received it. Even overseas order do not take that much time madam.
I thought I’m the only one she scammed, but looks like there are many. She conveniently turned off the IG comments, so that she can safe guard the company from poor reviews. Only posts good reviews, cos they are HANDFUL.
I’m not biased, I have given decent feedback for few products I received. Quality is decent but the wait time is absurdity. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them unless you are okay with chasing them for months/years.
Worst is, they keep posting new offers/packages to lure new customers, while I can guarantee 80-90% of her customers are furious about their orders.
And I have politely and asked her to either FULFIL OR REFUND. she isn’t doing both. I have no other option but to register this complaint.

Anogii- quality of their clothes is seriously impressive. I mean, I was blown away by how well-made and stylish their pieces are. The fabrics feel great on your skin, and the attention to detail in the design is top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the actual clothing itself. but, The delivery process left much to be desired. I was super excited to receive my order, and it took long for them to deliver, but it was worth the wait
I placed an order for my sister. Vanshika offered me 5 articles for 5500/-. I was skeptical but speaking over call she assured me. A delivery time of 50 days was promised. I had placed order in September and should have received it max by first week of Nov.
The order was delayed and I only got it only in 17 November. I must admit reading these reviews I was worried too. However, I was relieved to receive it. Not only that the articles were absolutely worth the wait. My sister loved it and wore the dress for her bday. (25th Nov)
My suggestion to those worried for their order, place the order well in advance. Vanshika should improve her delivery timelines. But I can understand. The quality and fabric she’s delivering is quite Astonishing for the prices so I suppose time is a decent trade off

Her scheme was 8000 for 8 pieces which appeared to be too GOOD to be true and eventually she gave very poor 2 tops and one wrong yellow top and rest 5 pieces she said they are in.PRODUCTION..ALL LIES...she just gave 5000 and when asked to return the wrong top and refund 1000 she said in my Day dream...she is UNETHICAL.She should be ashamed of her activities
