HORRENDOUS CHEATING LIAR:. The brand Anogii, which is run by Vanshika Khanna ( based out of Amritsar) is extremely unreliable, unprofessional and outright thieves. I had paid her 10500 Rs for 6 items and it's been 7 months and the items have not reached me.

She has consistently refused to do a refund saying she does not have the money. THIS after taking payment upfront and sitting on it for 7 months!!!😨 She continues to take orders on insta and is very active.

After 3 months she told me stock is over and made me swap items. 2 items were sent in the wrong size which I returned so that it can be exchanged as per their policy.

In turn she has kept lying to me consistently. From production issues, to funds issues, to material getting over, to courier being returned to her by Maruti courier, then courier getting lost by DTDC and THEN courier being sent/dispatched to a wrong state( absolute rubbish) ; she has given me ALL excuses. And we are STILL talking about the same 6 items!!! She even tried to threaten me in a not-so-subtle way that her Father inlaw is the commisioner of Amritsar. I have all her voice/WhatsApp messages as proof which I have submitted to the cops and online legal cell.

ALSO, she seems like a young womam who is absolutely unprofessional and immature. The way she communicates with her customer is shocking. I am attaching pics of her chat. ' Mein pagal hu kya?' ...' Aapko energy hogi chase karne ki, mujh mein nahin hain'. Etc etc etc. During one call she tells me not to expect my refund and will consider it as per her convenience.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life . To take someones money, not deliver for 7 months and then refuse to refund and speak like THIS! This is worse than cheating, it's humiliating .

I write this to inform customers to BEWARE! Please know the risks of engaging with this company + entrepreneur. It's like dealing with a petulant irrational 4 year child who has no idea how to be professional or keep her word and will lie at the drop of a hat!

🙏🏼10500Rs is a big amount.

I have written to the costumer consumer court, filed a cyber complaint and am ALSO in the process of tracing her family details so I can get in touch and inform them of this dishonest behaviour.

UPDATE: she has NOW sent me 3 items ( after lying that she's dispatched all :message attached as proof) out of which two are still the old ones that I had returned(5 months ago) cos they were the wrong size. One shirt in that is also slightly damaged as it's Satin. 😨WORST experience of my life.
