I had placed the order on 15th may 2025 for 4 pieces for 6000 i waited patiently for 2 mnths after which i got excuses abt it will take little longer. And then they said shipment is lost it will take longer and after 15 days i[censored] dnt receive we will refund. I waited and no refund was given.
Its been 5 mnths. Now she says we dnt have any funds on 17th sept 2025. And it will take longer...

Vanshika Khanna scammed me on Instagram. Claiming she will deliver the products in 50 days. It's been a year and she is ghosting me now. Neither she sent any refund not she is replying to any messages. She probably restricted my profile. Today I did a simple Google search and viola! She is a professional scammer and to this day she is looting people like a pro. It's weird how her profile is still working. Her account should be taken down and she should be refunding everyone's amount.

I had placed an order on 17th jan 24 of 5500 for 5 dresses out of which not even a single dress I have received over a period of 8 months. Every month there was a new excuse given and I listened to it patiently. I was told after 8 months that the order can not be delivered and I will be given the refund. Its been 2 weeks that I am told the refund will take longer and on top of that she threatens to take action against me....

I ordered a dress from this company on 4th June 2024. I informed her before ordering that I need the dress by 29th of June to wear it at my function. After my reminder she was very simply send me a message that her courier partner informed her that they can’t send my dress on time and i will receive the dress on Monday. Now it’s one month I haven’t received my dress nor refund.

I had placed order of two articles from anogii from ready to pick collection. she assured me that i will have my parcel in 7 business days. its been 2 months still haven't got my parcel. moreover she is very rude and does not even reply. phone number which she provided is always switched off and doesn't reply on instagram. completely fraud company . don't buy from here...

I bought 4 tops from her for 6500 INR on 5th February. BEFORE making the payment, I asked her in how much time she will be able to deliver and she claimed 25 days. First offence, fraudulent misrepresentation and deceit. (Trying to induce the customer to enter into a contract with the sole motive of cheating them). If you cannot deliver in 25 days, why promise such a timeline? Tell clearly that won’t be able to deliver before 3-4 months (although I haven’t received my order even after 3 months). After continuous pestering, she came up with the same lie, order has been shipped but got lost. My city has some shipment issues and what not!! Then she made me swap the articles for ready to ship one. Second offence, not delivering the goods contracted for. Third offence, not delivering them by promised date. And even the ready to ship ones haven’t been delivered yet. Do not. Do not trust her. I am going to initiate a legal action against her now. She is unwilling to issue my refund. Beware of this scamster!!! And this woman has gutss!! She’s unwilling to accept her mistake and apologise. Instead, she will blame you for not waiting. Wow!!! Sharing relevant screenshots here

I ordered a dress from this company on 23 January 2024. I informed her before ordering that I need the dress by 7th feb. to wear it at my best friend wedding function. On 2nd feb she said she will ship it in the evening. And then stopped replying to me for the next 10 days. I kept messaging, kept calling but there was no answer. Then she called me one day and said, ” that because of farmers protect the parcels are not being picked up by the courier service company” I said okay but get it delivered to me as soon as possible. Her tone, and her behaviour is was so casual. A month after I again messaged her saying at least send me a photo of the product to which she replied “it’s not part of my job to send you photos. What is wrong with you”
It’s 16th April today, her phone is switched off. No reply on the messages. But she’s shamelessly posting on Insta about all her new products. Just when I decided to file a complaint on consumer court, I discovered she already has so many against her. I spoke to all the people from my profile who we here following her and enquiried about her. And she has done the same with 6 more people that I know,

Cheating company only takes money never sends items and no refund...

Placed an order with Vanshika around October for a trip and I made sure and requested her to deliver my clothes within 1st week of December. I was so polite with her and this is how she tested my patience. She just delivered 4 out of 5 clothes and after literally begging her so much she refunded the amount of 1 dress. Had a traumatising experience with her. This lady needs to learn ethics and professionalism horrible company and horrible...

Vanshika Khanna is on this group and inspite of multiple customers validating their horrifying experiences, she has the nerve to say ' I DO NOT CARE. NOT MY CONCERN '. She actually has the guts to call all of her customers liars outright and is now getting people to put up false reviews ( such a joke!😂😂)

I am in complete shock as to how can a person be allowed to get away with this kind of openly fraudulent behaviour....

I thought I was the only one she scammed, but looks like there are many. She conveniently turned off the IG comments, so that she could safeguard the company from poor reviews. Only posts good reviews, cos they are HANDFUL.

I’m not biased, I have given decent feedback for a few products I received. Quality is decent but the wait time is absurd. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them unless you are okay with chasing them for months/years.

The worst is, that they keep posting new offers/packages to lure new customers, while I can guarantee 80-90% of her customers are furious about their orders.

And I have politely asked her to either FULFIL OR REFUND she isn’t doing both. I have no other option but to register this complaint.

You have to understand customers' POV. It’s our HARD-EARNED MONEY, we trusted it with you. I should have enquired before investing.

After placing an order for ₹5000 and sending the payment, I didn’t receive the product for more than a month. I kept getting false updates every now and then that order was dispatched and then returned and again dispatched and back and forth without any AWB number or proof. After approx 2 months I received incorrect products. When I messaged her for the same, she simply refused any resolution and blocked me.

HORRENDOUS CHEATING LIAR:. The brand Anogii, which is run by Vanshika Khanna ( based out of Amritsar) is extremely unreliable, unprofessional and outright thieves. I had paid her 10500 Rs for 6 items and it's been 7 months and the items have not reached me.

She has consistently refused to do a refund saying she does not have the money. THIS after taking payment upfront and sitting on it for 7 months!!!😨 She continues...
