Ant Girl Collection — item not delivered and money is also not refunded

I ordered one item on 4th jan 2020. My order number is 41008. It is expected to be delivered on 22nd january 2020. But i am unable to track it and i have no update about it. The contact number is unreachable. I mailed them to know about my order but there is no response from their side. Their facebook page, website are also not reachable. It is completely a fraud case. I want my money refund.
I paid through razorpay. The upi transaction id is[protected].
