I've ordered two tops from ant girl collection in january. I haven't received my order. When tried to reach the site was not accessible.

Back during december 2019, i bought an dress worth 350 rs from this site but later i came to know that this site was a fraud as neither they messaged about the product nor the product arrived. But to my surprise they have again started another site with name style febric. I was able to recognize due to the limited products they have just like their old site ant girls collection, same price of all dresses ranging around 300 to 400, even the layout of the site is also same. I don't want another fraud to occur with anyone else please do something before they again dissapper from internet. Thank you

I ordered from antgirl collection a top on 27dec-2019. It's been 6 months and still nothing. After placing the order they sent me a confirmation email and that's it never answered any of my queries. I hope something could be done to resolve matters like this. People responsible must be apprehended.

I placed an order with the company on january 9th and got a communication from their end staying that i will received my products on january 25. I haven't received any other communication from them and the company website is showing a 404 error.
There is no tracking process or contact details where i can reach out to them. I have attached the email and message i received on jan 10.

I have ordered 5 items worth Rs.1540 from this website antgirlcollection.com order #:42038 on Jan 5th 2020 and these people are total fraud. Was suppose to deliver by 23rd Jan and I have still not received the order. Website and number both seems to be not working now. Facebook always post their ad making us feel they are genuine, I recommend Facebook to block them as fraud and not allow them to showcase their website. I have made the payment through netbanking razorpay software. I would please request for the refund of this amount and punish this fraudsters.

I placed an order on 2nd january for one top and it mentioned that order will be deivered by 26th january but i have not received the product and now even the website is missing. I have been trying to reach out to the website or owner but no number is provided and mail bounced back. I paid inr 265 using my debit card. Their is no tracking available and it’s a fraud organisation taking money and vanishing.
Please help and suggest some actions against such people

The expected delivery date of the order was January 25, 2020. It's more than one month since I have ordered the dresses for Rs 655, and now it shows the website antgirlcollection.com doesn't exist.
I would like to initiate a quick action as possible into this and justice for the consumers.

I had booked a kurta through this particular website. The product was to be delivered by jan 25. There were no options for cash on delivery. I lost my money and later found this as a fraud website. The web address does not exist now. The order was placed on january 7. A confirmation mail was sent to me by the following mail [protected]@antgirlcollection.com. Kindly refund my money or take strict action against such fraudsters. A phone number was provided when the payment was made-[protected]-which is always switched off. Money was paid through razorpay for lady clothe. Kindly resolve the issue.

I placed an order from ant girl collection on december 27. Order no22236.. Till now i didn't receive any order from the company.. I didn't online payment as there is no cash on delivery.. There's no response from the company.. Not responding to the mails.. Even mail id is fake. Action should be taken against the company so that no other customer can get cheated.

When i tried remind them after the due date, the email id mentioned is also doesn't exist. There website also isn't working ever since. There is absolutely no way to contact them

I ordered a kurta for rs 345 on jan 4, 2020 and paid for it using debit card with order id#39233. Its expected delivery was on 21st of january. I still didint receive the product. I waited for 2more weeks after the expected date of delivery. Still there were no messages for tracking the order. The payment made through team razorpay. I have attached all the details regarding payment and other details with this.
Later i came to know that the site was fraud.
Please take necessary action to refund money at the earliest.

Tried calling the number and contacting mail id. The number is switched off. And the website is not working
Please take action on my order and refund my amount 370 asap.

Had ordered clothing from this website on jan 9th 2020. Immediately received a confirmation email but absolutely no further correspondence. The website does not even load now. After looking up the website details, found that many have faced the same issue. Authorities in question please look into this 'company' and take the required legal action. Had paid ₹900 via google pay. Need a refund immediately!

I have placed my order on Jan 9th estimated delivery was 20 th Jan. But it’s not yet delivered as well as website is not working. I lost my payment 725 rs. Payment was received Lady cloth Surat. Fraud and culprit Business. Don’t buy from those crockers. With you guys no one believe to shop like this sites anymore.

I paid for 3 garments kurtis from ant girl collection on 28th dec 2019. Order # 24081. Only prepaid orders were available, and i paid rs.995 on the same day through razor pay.
Now the website antgirlcollection.com doesn't exist and no response to emails.
I strongly request that these fraudulent activities in the online shopping has to seriously considered and track the culprits.
I would like as quick action as possible into this and justice for the consumer and to repay my money at the earliest.
Update :i received calls from spam fraud banking numbers claiming that they are investigating officers and are working on the case and will refund the money from ant girl.

These numbers will be passed to the cyber cell and actions will be taken soon.
Strict action will be taken if the money is not refunded to me

I ordered clothes from this website on 02/01/2020 and was informed that the order would be delivered by 20/01/2020. I had prepaid for the above mentioned order but haven't received it yet. Their website no longer exists and there is no customer service number to contact them.

The order was placed for a designer kurti on jan 9th 2020. It was placed in the website they have given ads in facebook which was redirecting to their website.
This is a fraud website looting people money.

I didnt get the product yet. Neither they replying or respond.

Now when i try to open the website it shows as site cant be reached.

I had placed an order on the 3rd of january 2020 for a subtotal of rs 1230. I still have not received the product. The email sent by them does not have any customer care number. I paid through my credit card.

I have paid for the following four products:
1. Checkered daisy knotted top = rs 295
2. Conference room monochrome layered shirt = rs 305
3. Full sleeves lace top with front
Ruffle detailing = rs 285
4. Blue nadia lace details a line dress = rs 345

I ordered one item on 4th jan 2020. My order number is 41008. It is expected to be delivered on 22nd january 2020. But i am unable to track it and i have no update about it. The contact number is unreachable. I mailed them to know about my order but there is no response from their side. Their facebook page, website are also not reachable. It is completely a fraud case. I want my money refund.

I place an order on 30th dec 2019 on ant girl collection through ad in facebook.. My order number is 28838 for rs 549. I haven’t been able to track down the order as there is no way i can reach them. Paid through google pay razor pay.
The order could be placed prepaid only and hence had made online pre payment. Please help and arrange for a refund as anyway the product will be of no use to me

I had ordered for 2 pairs of clothes from this website and prepaid them as well. They respond that they'll deliver the product and it's been over a month. I need refund. I had paid 700+ .

Initially they responded by email, now the website is unavailable and no phone contact as well.
