Hi i have ordered apparels on antgirlcollection.com website on 25th dec 2019 for rs.1000. I made an online payment as there is no cod available. I have received a message saying that my order will be delivered on 12th of jan and haven't received anything till date. Now when i am trying to contact them there is no website available and contact is switched off. Order no - 18807 I have attached the screenshot of order confirmation message and google pay transaction. I would like to request a refund for the order. I hope that culprits can be tracked down by using the upi id linked bank account and quick action to be taken. Was this information helpful? | |||

Totally fraud website. they havent send the order neither refund the amount. totally fake.
This is a fraud website.They don't accept cash on delivery so I paid online, the number given in the details always says switched off, I didn't get any product delivered nor the refund, this is totally fraud and we gotta report this and I need my product or the refund asap.I have attached the order confirmation message with this

Even i have ordered a top of rs250 from antgirlcollection and had paid using my debit card to make payment.
The payment was made via third party called razorpay.
I had raised ticket with razorpay and i got my money of rs250 refunded.
Not sure for how many of you this review is going to be usefu but i[censored] have made your payment to antgirlcollection via razorpay, can try contacting them.

I have a friend who has gone though this same experience. She has ordered goods worth Rs 2000/-
