I received message on mobile "Thank you for shopping with antgirlcollection.com. Your Order Number 25273 is Confirmed. Your Order Will Delivered tp you Within 13 to 15 Days. Happy Shopping! We don't ask for OTP/PIN for offers to demand money. Contact us: [protected], [protected]@gmail.com." and also received message on mail from Razorpay LADY CLOTHE ₹549.00 Paid Successfully Payment Idpay_DxiyhtGRtUH74Q Paid On 28th Dec, 2019 Method XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1718 Card Mobile Number[protected]. My Order is suppose to delivered on 15/1/2020. But when i try to check the status this site is not opening, this mobile number is also not working. When I search in Google i got "Antgirlcollection.com Consumer Helpline No. [protected] Kolkata No. I got IVR message all customer care executive busy on other calls. I cut my call, immediately i got call from [protected] the person told me that their site is facing some issue and under maintenance, he checked my details and told me that your order has been cancelled and you will immediately get your money refund through google pay or phone pay . He asked me google pay number and how many bank account is added in google pay. I told him to return money to my credit card account only then he told me to download some easy pay from play store immediately while call is ongoing. I said very rudly that if you don't listen to me you will get your payment in 4 month in your credit card account. I asked him if i want my payment back immediately the what i have to do. He said download the app now and he hold the line. I feel something fishy so said my mobile battery is down i will call you back on your customer helpline number after some time.
