Antilog Vacations — lousy service and no helpline

I am deeply disappointed the services rendered by the company..
Rather I feel cheated...
Air tickets were booked by me and paid by me.
Company was supposed to provide pick up n drop and hotel services along with sight seeing your.
1. When we reached Singapore at 430 am on 2 nd July ..we reached information desk as indicated in the voucher ..no one was from company was there ..I called the helpline numbers provided in the voucher but no one picked...
We were stuck at airport with no one to receive...
Taxi man reached half an hour later and was very rude.
No one from company called even once during the week ...how the trip was going...that much for service part...Sucks..
2. We had requested that coach service booked on 5th morning to take us to Kuala Lumpur be changed as it had bad reviews by previous customers...
We were denied that...
Personally it was the worst bus service...
We were made to wait for an hour in basement of bus office..then board a bus ..we loaded our luggage ourselves.we were taken to another bus and made to unload and load again luggage.
On reaching Malaysian border again same thing was repeated..we unloaded and loaded again.
Bus was not in good shape and smelled of smoking.
3.Worst of all happened.
On 8th July morning we were supposed to be taken to airport from hotel furama Kuala Lumpur.
No one turned up..
Again I called helpline number..
15-20 times..
No one picked...
All this happened.. despite my calling the helpline no previous evening and requested them for driver' s cell number.
They didn't provide..rather said driver will call you..which he never did.
We waited for an hour, trying to reach customer care...but no help.
At 530 am we called local Taxi..and reached airport..
But our ordeal didn't end here.
Driver didn't have our journey details, nor did we know Kuala Lumpur has 2 international airports... He dropped us at KLIAM ..On reaching there we were told to take a train and go to KLIAM2. We panicked as we were running out of time..but managed to reach just when boarding started.
So we were running and worried..all panicky..in a foreign land ..with no help available.
I wonder why did I book this tour thru Antilog...
They didn't listen to my plea to change bus service when I pointed out negative reviews.
They couldn't provide Taxi services when needed...
I want them to feel for these deficiencies and physical and mental torture they did to us.And teach them a lesson.
