I have booked a flat in Antony Projects Guduvancherry Tremain project 2 years back. I hve paid more than 90 % of the money at the time of registration. As per the agreement they have agreed to complete and handover the flat within 12 months. But even after 2 years not completed and not handed over. No written response from them about the delay or about the stage of the project. Pl help me in getting the flat handed over to me...

I HAVE PURRCHASED FLAT AT GUDUVANCHERRY [ TREMAIN SITE ] BY M/S ANTONY PROJECTS PVT LTD WHO IS THE BUILDER OF TREMAIN PROJECT.. TOTAL NO OF FLATS 155, NOW MORE THAN A YEAR WORK IS BEEN STOPPED AND THEY R NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY AND MOST OF THE PEOPEL WERE PAID 90% OF PAYMENT INCLUDING ME. EVERY MONTH EMI IS GOING ON FROM LAST FEB 2013 ONWARDS, , , I AM TOTALLY UPSET .. NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE SOLD ALL THEIR FURNITURE SHOW ROOM AND...

I bought flat in antony project "mont reve"appatrment in 28th feb 2014, till date they didn't hand over the flat & they couldn't get eb conection for my flat, i am a middle class family now i staying in rented house, when ever i visit their office no-one is there to answer except a security person. Now i don't know what to do. If any one have idea how take action this builder you can tell me, because i called mr. Charless& mr. Antony many times & send sms, whatsup but they are not responding. So please anyone have idea how to take action against these people pl let me know.

ரூபாய் 267656/- செய்துருந்தேன். கட்டுமான பணி தொடராததால் 17/10/2014 அன்று முன்பதிவை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டேன். பின்பு தொடர்ந்து அணுகியதால் 30/04/2016 ல் இருந்து 30/01/17 வரை தேதிகளில் 10 காசோலை வயங்கினார்கள், அதில் 30/04/16 காசோலையில் மட்டுமே பணம் வந்தத்து. 30/05/2016 காசோலை திரும்பிவந்தது,
இதை அவர்களிடம் அணுகியபோது திரு. சார்லஸ் (தலைமை அதிகாரி) இந்த மாதம் அடுத்த மாதம் என்று 30/01/2017 வரையிலும் காசோலைக்கு பணம் தரவில்லை, மற்றும் 30/05/16 காசோலை அனுப்பினால் அதற்கான பணம் வங்கியில் செலுத்துகிறேன் என்று சொன்னார்கள் ஆனால் பணமும் போடவில்லை அந்த காசோலையும் எனக்கு அனுப்பவில்லை, காவல் துறையிடம் புகார் வேண்டுமானால் கொடுத்துகொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கூறினார். ஆனால் நான் இப்போது ஓமனில்(Oman ) பணி புரிவதால் வலைத்தளத்தில் புகார் அளித்துள்ளேன் என்னைப்போன்று பலபேர் ஏமாற்ந்து உள்ளனர், அவர்களிடம் உரையாடிய பதிவுகளை மேலும் விவரங்களையும் இதில் இணைத்துள்ளேன் தயவுசெய்து இதற்கான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு மிக தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
