Had invested on Krishna Valley bonds dated
1/1/97 of Rs 20000
Details as below
1. Ref 5430 Form no 0576121 Name Kamble Manisha Rs 10000
2.Ref 5431 Form no 0576122 Name Kamble Ajay Rs 5000
3.Ref 5430 Form no 0576119 Name Kamble Amit Rs 5000

Later, mh father died in 2000 due to sudden medical condition. Further, we weren't aware of this until I found this receipt of the investment of krishna valley.
Please help me with the return of the funds as it has already been matured along with accrued interest till date.

This for information and strict action against orange bus no 0828.This bus never ever terminates in Uttam ngr depot as supposed to . On asking driver as to why? He was t arrogant attitude, say that the bus will not and it happens as it pleases him. After retaliating to his wrong doing he threatens me. I have complained to the depot but there is no action taken .Pls take necessary action on top priority. Failing will force us to escalate things higher.

I bought a flat in supertech ecovillage 2 through Krishna Infratech on July 2010. They gave Me on paper 3% credit note. Their is a clause in credit note that if I made 50% of payment to supertech then Builder will give us 3% discount to us. We have already given 90% of flat amount to supertech but Builder still not given us the desired 3% amount...

Dear Sir,

We booked a flat from 'Krishna Infra-tech' Pvt Ltd. in 'Antriskh Golf View-2' Plot number GH 04B, Sector 78, Noida.

Following are the details of Apartments.

Type of apartment : 3 BHK + 2T
Apartment number : G-902
Floor : 9th
Super area : 1345 sq. ft.
Payment Plan : Flexi payment plan

First applicant name : Manta Rani
Second applicant name : Pramod Kumar Raghav


We have made payment of Rs 366,000/- (Three lakh sixty six thousand only) toward the above mention apartment.

Followings are the details of payments.

1) Booking amount Rs 100000/ by cheque number 856264 dated[protected] drawn on RBS, Sec-18, Noida.
2) Rs 266,000/- by cheque number 856270 dated[protected] drawn on Sec-18, Noida.


Due to some personal reason we decided that we don’t want to go for this apartment and I had surrendered the same to the builder. Now builder require "No objection certificate" from 'Krishna Infra-tech' to refund my money after deducting 1% (Rs. 36,660/-)
of the total value.

During the booking of the flat 'Krishna Infra-tech' sales representative had said that we can book the flat and if there is any change in plan we can cancel the flat at any point of time and I will get the full booking amount. If I cancel this apartment after paying 10% of the total value of apartment in this case 1% of the total value will be deducted.

Now when I am asking for 'No objection certificate' from the director of 'Krishna Infra-tech' whose name is Mr. Ajay Bhasin, is asking for brokerage of Rs (125,000). But at time of booking no one told me that, if I cancel my flat I need to pay the brokerage even no where it was mention and I have't sign any document regarding the brokerage that I need to pay to 'Krishna Infra-tech'.

I visited three times to 'Krishna Infra-tech's' office at below mention address regarding the same.
