Few days back I found a online shopping link on my Facebook timeline. I went through the link which offered to buy two dresses for rs. 999/. They also state that their product has 9 days return policy and cash on delivery available. I liked two dresses and wanted to buy that. When I clicked on the 'buy now' button it automatically redirected me to a what's app chat page having phone no of +91 [protected]. Autogenerated message was displayed on that chat page asking my name, address, mobile no etc to confirm the order. Then again I asked them about the product quality and whether return available or not. After some times they replied that it has good product quality and 9 days return policy available. After getting their assurance about the product, finally I ordered it by providing my details as per their demand.
Today I received the product from 'Delhivery' courier service (track id:[protected] and paid rs. 999/- to the courier boy. When I unboxed the package I was shocked by seeing a teared, dirty cloth. Instantly I dialed the what's app number but the number was not ringing. Then I messaged them about this but didn't receive any reply even after waiting for few hours. By that time I called to courier boy and told him that Wrong product had been delivered to me and wanted to return the product. But he denied to take any responsibilities for this nasty situation I was facing and told me that he only delivered the product which was couriered by the company and I must contact to them. I tried hard to contact to them again but failed. I realized I am completely cheated and feeling helpless. Now I am seeking your help to get rid of this situation. Please take the necessary steps so that I can return the product and get my money back as soon as possible.
