Anushka Indane — Gas Cylinder not delivered

Hi I am a resident of Nerul sector 6, my Anushka Indane domestice gas consumer no. is 18109, I had booked my refill on 1st July'14 through IVR and my delivery no. was 76, it was over a month and cylinder was not delivered, when I again called them throught IVR to check my delivery status, I was shocked to know that my booking had been cancelled Calling these guys at Indane is an headache and waste of time, I have been trying them for half and hour and they never pick the call and even if they pick they hang the call once you tell them your consumer no Their IVR system is outdated, we cannot track our delivery no, they just keep telling you your delivery no. which was when you had made the booking for the first time My cooking gas is about to get over, I dont know what to do if its not delivered in couple of days Please help, the address of the agency is below Anushka Indane, Shop No F 007, Ground Floor, Nerul Station Complex, Near Unioun Bank, Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400706 My address, is B - 101, Vihang Residency, Plot No. 23 A, Sec. 6, Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400706
