I bought ao smith z6 water purifier [b[protected]] for 22, 900 rs on 5th august 2017 from bajaj electronics, forum mall hyderabad.
Paid for amc around 6, 500 rs on 21st january 2019. Replaced with z8 chipset and other filters as an upgradation.
Ticket numbers registered so far:
11742545 \ 11752521 [on 13th august 2018] paid 2500 rs for 3 filters.

Current issue : on 22nd august 2019, we have raised complaint for water not purifying and very slow process of purification, slow filling tank and flush water blockage.

Surendra from ao smith came after 3 days [i. E. On 25th august 2019] and changed ro membrane and said internal booster pump was corrupted which was out of stock and asked us to wait until it is back on stock.
We waited for 1 week and keep on contacting ao smith customer care multiple times to fix the issue permanently. Every time they used say we will get it soon until 12th september 2019.

Finally on 13th sep 2019, naresh from ao smith came and changed internal booster pump and some other filters. Still issue didn’t fixed and he said he will come with his manager on next day to fix it.
On 14th september 2019, naresh came along with his manager and changed internal booster again due to issue with earlier one and fixed some other issues and left without even checking whether tank is filling or not. After he left, we got some burning smell around purifier and observed very slow purification process. We have called him back to check it. He said that there may be issue with our switch board and that’s the reason booster pump is failing to work. Also said that z8 chipset will only work for soft water which ppm should be less than 500 ppm. We are not aware of that z8 will only work on soft water.
There are no issues at all with my switch board. We are using same switch board since 1 year 6 months without any issues. Not sure how come suddenly it was corrupted in your prospective. We have called electrician and he told everything looks good.
I am not sure why your team is delaying to fix the issue permanently. We waited for almost 26 days so far without any fix. Nearly 35k, we have invested on purifier and it worked for only 2 years.
If the issue didn’t solve with in a week time, i will go to customer court and login the case. Hope you will take it high priority and fix the issue immediately without any delay.

The customer care guys, area service guys are not even picking up the call.
Blatent lies and abruptly disconnecting the call.
No time commitments and each individual will tell their own time and not attending the issue or solving the problem.
