I bought your product (water heater) last December.
Power since last week Only the indicator works. The heater does not work. An electric shock is observed in the heater
I reported the above issue to customer service. It's been 5 days and still no one has come. Is it right to deal with a customer.Your product in an electrocution situation? In case of accidental death of human being, the liable person has to answer in the consumer court

Water is not coming from the tap however the tank is full.
And there's a lot of fog emission from the tap

Poor & worst experience, I bought two Venus water heaters together, one fine morning when my 74 year mother was in the washroom one of the Venus water heater suddenly dropped when I checked, both the plastic holders were broken, the quality which is used in the body of water heater is the worst.
Experiencing this I checked second Venus water heater in the other washroom & to my wonder & as expected second Venus water heater too was also about to fall down, as both the plastic holders were almost cracked. My timely vigilance helped me to avoid another accident.
It’s My personal experience & suggestion to public, please don’t even think of Venus water heater, if you care for your family safety.

Everybody told me Venus water are the best, thats why i avoided Bajaj as brand but today i regret my decision.
I done know what to ask you guys now.

Dear sir,
Today I have booked my water heater storage service frimy Venus home appliances, 126/6 Hazra road, ground floor kolkata 700026.over the phone calling to this number. [protected].

They said service man will visit with inspection charge is 236 and repair service charge is 354.

Service man came and repair serial number 33179 and charged on spot 1606 rupees for total .(along with parts replace and service charge + inspection charge both) .. But in invoice which I got through massage shows there 1227 rupees only. .I received a online invoice through massages, describing about parts replacement price amount which was not mactching with my on spot bill. It is total different from online invoice.
Amount is different and also parts describing in invoice are not same as it has been charged and billed on spot. There is missmatch in both bills.

Service man's have charged 800 for Cartraige element which is 398 showing on your online bill.capillery thermostat and thermal cut out has not replaced in my product during service. . Also service charge for repair 354 and inspection charge 236 they received was not mentioned in your online bill. I am attaching the challan they gave me and charged me, please go through it.
I need my extra money back which was unethically charged from me from your service mam .Kindly go through the bills in this mail.
Hope I will get positive response and refund from you. Kindly Forward ecorrected bill with refund of extra cost wich i have paid.

We are using Venus Lava water heater for 6 years. Recently got the inspection done by urban clap. They checked and told us the element is not working, but everything else looks fine. They did not open or dismantle the product for warranty purposes. But they were sure about the problem.
When we got in touch with Venus for service and repair, one of their guy came and took the product with them. They later on called us after a week and told us to buy a new one since the copper tank needs to be changed.
On informing them about the warranty they told us everything needs to be changed and the tank will be done for free and the price will come out to be what the product price in the market is. On asking for the return of the product the repair guy came and quickly left the water heater at the gate and was running away like a thief. On asking him why is he running away like that, he said I have a product with me and I don't have time for you. We request urgent solution or we will be heading to the consumer complaint forum with our situation.

Have one litter instant geyser... not heat, pipe leak

I purchased a v-Guard water heater ESA 15 litres from venus electronics, kamarajar salai, madurai on 01.10.19 which is under warranty for 2 years. Now the V-Guard service people referred for replacement due to leakage in tanks when i called the venus electronics, kamarajar salai branch their response is poor. Please response immediately and make us satisfied.

Their Service Sucks!! We have bought 5+ Venus Water heaters and are continuously facing tank bursting issues. We have requested replacement for 2 of the Venus Water heaters under warranty with your local dealer, but there is no response. We have written to [protected]@venushomeappliances.com who has not cared to respond. It is now over 15 days since we lodged our complaint. Can you kindly look into this or we will escalate this complaint to the highest authority at Venus. If you don't want to take action, we request you tp refund our money and will start using other Brands who provide better service solutions. Look forward to hearing from you.

सर मैं हरे राम प्रजापति सरूरपुर विलेज सोहना रोड जिला फरीदाबाद से हूं मैंने होम अप्लायंस विनस होम अप्लायंसेज रो लिया था मार्च के लास्ट में और जो ग्रांटिंग है पूरा पैसा पेट कर दिया है और 8 दिन से पानी नहीं बना रहा है मैंने इसके ऊपर लिखे हुए कस्टमर केयर[protected] पर कॉल कर करके जानकारी दी और व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से वीडियो बना कर भी दिया था फिर भी हमारे आरो को ठीक नहीं किया जा रहा है इसमें एक बार आए और पता नहीं क्या-क्या चेंज किए इतना आवाज करता है फिर भी पानी नहीं बनाता ढंग से अतः मेरी आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है कि इस नंबर इस चेयरमैन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें और मेरा होम अप्लायंस आकर्षित करें अगर टाइम पर ठीक नहीं किया गया तो मैं कंजूमर फोरम का रास्ता देखूंगा क्योंकि 1 साल की क्रांति में था और है इसलिए मेरी आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है कि मेरा आरओ जल्द से जल्द ठीक किया जाए हरे राम प्रजापति गांव मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected]

Please note that i have purchased one geyser 22/09/2020 but unfortunately the geyser not yet installed. The 10 litre geyser was purchased fro. M piyasi electronics, dakhineswar. West bengal.

Sir my water heater was not working when i submitted my problem to the service center at last month, they came and found problem then after ten days they changed the filament. Aftertwo days again the same repair in my heater, till now they don't have taken any action. For the past twenty days this problem is going on, daily i contacted the company but they don't take necessary action. What can i do?
This is my final attempt. Please send the proper worker to me.

Its beeen 3 daysi have raised request, there is no response from the hyderabad venus team and we are keep on calling them for allocating a member for service even then the service person is not attended yet. Is this the way venus will treat the customers. Its very disatiafyng that to be customer of venus water heater. Better i would have selecter different brand. No solution or sevice technician is alloted for my product yet. Very worst customer service...

My Venus heater is not working for two days. Heater water is not supplying. Only cold water was coming. I need urgently to repair my heater. The red light is not working. Please help me very urgently as early as possible. I don't know what to do?? Please contact me immediately for repair of my Venus heater. I brought my electrician to check the supply for heater but he told everything was perfect in order. Only heater complaint.

Sir my geyser from last 4 to 5 days is giving problem, though it is on the issue related is the hot water coming out of it only lasts for 5 to 10 seconds and the again it results cold water, I might think thermostat sensor of the geyser might have a problem since after some amount of heating the water it trips .So please solve this problem as soon as possible.
