More than a week lot of calls made my parcel has not been delivered. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send me the same.

I received product 5 days before no one came for installation such a useless customer service

No proper flow of hot water through shower.

Previous complaint not resolved yet.

When we on the water tap big sound of tak, tak observed

I purchased above geyser on 04/01/2021 in Gurugram and in that season it broke down not less than 5 times. Each time the technician would come and repair and it would then work for few days or a week and again it would develop a fault.
The second season has just started and again it has broken down. I have requested by sending several emails that there is inherent problem with this geyser and they should replace it.
i have not received a positive reply from A O Smith so far

Water heater complaint registered 2 days back but no support received yet. Calling incessantly

Hope you are doing well !

I'm really not satisfied with the service giving in my location -Kakinada- 533005. Last year I purchased z8 water purifier and due to issues it was replaced with other one by AO Smith company. I have checked with call support regarding warranty of replacement product, they said it is in warranty. Here, local technicians not accepting this warranty given by AOSmith company. They are calling and telling me this is paid service and I need to pay. They will visit to check the issue only if I confirm to pay .

Please update the below points and reply in the same email.

1) Please let me know replacement product will cover under warranty or not?

2) Why same technician visits to my house from past 1 year for all my requests, Is this really helpful to the customer and company to take any feedback?

3) Why AOSmith technical persons is asking to pay money in warranty also. I can see warranty status active but technical agents not able to see is big question mark.

4) Why my ticket closed#15072012 without proper justification?

5) Please let me know in warranty period what will be covered
including filters(candles). I need clear details.

6) I m not getting the taste water from purifier. Please resolve at free of cost.

Just 20 days ago I bought x4+ water purifier now it is not working at all

Our water geyser has not been wrking since last one week.It is getting tripped when we on it .despite registering our complaint nobody is attending to the same causing us hardships .please attend to our complaint immeditely as the winter has set in .

No display as well as no hot water is coming out.

) from Amazon.in. After delivery of product i have receive a msg from AO smith customer care for free installation .Further, I have raise the installation process by engineer assigned by AO smith. After installation your engineer was demand installation charges. As i already mentioned that your msg clearly mention that free" installation" then why i will give installation charges. If you informed me before installation regarding installation charges i will not be processed the installation. I have already my personal plumber for this. My installation request number 15133128. As your installation engineer telling that warranty is not given by your team.

We had purchased X5 (UTC) with serial number B[protected] on 13.11.2018 under the name Mr. Anand Kumar Luharuka. It was purchased under the impression that it had a low maintenance and long lasting use . However with regret, we must tell you that we had to make a complaint with regards to the flow of water where it was almost nil .
A water purifier being one of the most important part in day to day life, the malfunctioning caused a huge problem .
We made a complaint with request number 15054387 in the month of April 2021 and after several attempts of trying to reach out to the customer care of AO Smith, the problem was looked after and it was told that we would not face any such problem in the near future .
However we are again faced with the same problem and we called for AMC in October 2021 . A person named Santosh Singh(who had previously also looked come for the same thing months before) came to look after the issue and told us that the water tank needs to be replaced. We asked them for a speedy process and it was assured that we will get the tank within 10 days . Even after those 10 days had passed, when we called the technician to enquire about the status of the tank, he delayed and said that it will come by this week or next week, we make another complaint in the company's customer care, receiving the same response . At present, we are still unable to locate the delivery of the tank even after repeatedly talking to several people who work for the company .

This is a matter of shame on the Company that despite requesting them several times, no action has been taken. This definitely means that the Company is only making false claims in the name of its brand .
If the company is unable to serve its customers, how will it gain and maintain their customer loyalty .

This is the last time that we have made a mistake of purchasing a product from AO Smith and would also recommended everyone NOT TO BUY ANY AO SMITH PRODUCT due to its delayed and highly inefficient customer service .

Also, to my surprise there have been few neighbours who purchased the same product and are facing similar problems while there is no one present to address these issues for the past past 2-3 months .

IT IS DEFINITELY A SHAME ON AO SMITH .

I have just purchased AO Smith 15 liter water geyser however it is too much noisy. Please help to get resolve.

Please resolve the problem as soon as possible, it's under garantee

My product last service done on 29th June 2021. Filter and a number of components changed.

For last few days water deposition & filtration is very low. You are requested to rectify the same free of cost.

Water Purifier was installed yesterday. The water coming out has white particles. We have flushed the tank 5 times but still clear water is not coming.

Geyser is not heating water but it has power
