I have purchased water Heater SZS of 15 liters in the month of Nov 2020, since from the installation day it sounds as the boiling of water whenever we on the Water heater. I am raising the complaint several times the issue was not solved.
Tech person comes and removed the element and separated the anode rod, again the problem repeated, now he came with a copper element for replacement, I denied not to replace the copper element instead of glass coated element. The issue is still pending.
Kindly resolve it or else replace the water heater with new one.
