Geyser is yet not installed but got the mail from AO Smith fir completion of installation & demo.
Technician was rather interested in selling accessories & was not folloing AOSmith guidelines of installation.
I will take the help of Consumer court....

I have purchased water Heater SZS of 15 liters in the month of Nov 2020, since from the installation day it sounds as the boiling of water whenever we on the Water heater. I am raising the complaint several times the issue was not solved.

Tech person comes and removed the element and separated the anode rod, again the problem repeated, now he came with a copper element for replacement, I denied not to replace the copper element...

When the geaser is turned ON, water is leaking from inside....

Amc is expiring on 30.08.2021.Renewal notice sms received. The link is not working properly - it stops at the payment stage. A weel back, contacted online and learnt that my request is already registered, technician will inspect the filter in a day or two and thereafter link will be further activated enabling online payment. Purchase 15 ltr water gejar, just 2 month before, after 8-10 days when we start it then sound come from inside gejqr tank, like as tan tan, you can easily hear from 10 feet, also now a days make sound of boiling water like soooo suuuuu.
I can complained it, service person was come and says this sound will come always, so is it ?, actually I place this in out of bathroom, but if I installed in bathroom then how can I tolerate this...

Respected sir i had purchased ao Smith water heater Klasee Series model HSE-SDS-015 from reliance on the date of 12/08/21 and it's delivered by 13/08/21.we had unboxing the water heater with video monitoring on the date of delivered time and we noticed some strange things on the water heater, showing gum marks on the top of water heater some places, especially it showings very big at water coming knobs, is this normal? Or it's not fitted...

I had 3 years support paying more than 13K for support. I had AO smith filter indicating that it requires filter change. But none of the Engineers changed the filters for 3 years. They waited till contract is over and now they blackmail that they will change if i take service contract.

My Self Sameer From Pune Maharashtra I was Purchased AO Smith Water Purifier Last Year But till Date their is no One contact me for servicing, And I had a Contact Last week on customer care no 2 times But their is no response from AO Smith Already 1 week pass out I contacted to customer care And this is the worst service which I feel That Why m purchased AO Smith Product . I suggest people who thinks not to Go for the AO Smith Product Please....

Another complaint was lodged and again the technician visited on 7/8/21 and again charged 400/ vide receipt no 329
But again water heater stopped working...
