Ao Smith India — water purifier

Hi,

I recently ordered for the ao smith water purifier z8 (Bangalore). The marketing person checked the tds and water hardness levels. When i agreed for the purchase he arranged for the vendor by name galleria inn to deliver the product. The delivery boy came with the product and i gave my card for swiping. He swiped it and said there is an error. I gave him another card and he swiped the same 3 more times (Mind you i did not get any message on my phone till then). Finally after 4th time i checked and realised that there is no paper roll in the swiping machine. All 4 transactions got charged to me on the next working day which was on monday. When i contacted the vendor he said he will refund the balance money. However after repeated follow-ups he refunded the money with 2% short. When i asked he said that is the money he received by the bank. Now he is not ready to pay the diffrence money of 1290. This was charged to me without my mistake. Can any senior official from ao smith look into the matter so that my money is refunded and nobody else is charged for any money like this.
