Geyser malfunctioning unit XPRESS-025 since purchase.
Thermostat had to replaced after each heat cycle for 3-4 times within the warranty period.

Last time it stopped working and warranty finished. I had told the case history that please replace the unit as it is not functioning properly since purchase.
However, I was charged for spares and visit.

Again, after a heat cycle it has stopped working...

I have raised an AMC complaint 15 days back, so for technician not visited....

I have bought AO SMITH 5L instant water heater ( EWS-005L) from Flipkart minute. I have manually installed the water heater since there was no communication from company for installation. We have renewed our AMC for our AO smith water purifier on 11th March. We were told that our AMC expired in February and had to pay extra to renew and change the filter. We were asked to pay the amount directly to the service agent and they would send us the renewed AMC certificate.

After 1.5 months, we still havent received the AMC certificate despite paying the money. The technician keeps dodging by saying he'll send it tomorrow...

On 20th March I have launched a complain with the reference number 20714597 for the water heater installed at my house at Olivia B wing Neelkant wood Verratton, Manpada Thane 400610. The Water heater was bought from Vijay Sales in May/June 2022 and the water tank in the heater was leaking.

According to the purchase conditions the water tank has 5 years warranty and I expected someone to replace it soon. However even ater repeated...

I had bought this piece o[censored]seless piece of machine during May 2024.

It has not even been a year, in fact 8 months when this stopped working. On registering with their customer service, there was a huge delay and then one fine day a service technician turned up, did something in a hurry and made it work.

But it turned out that this geyser worked only when he was around and after he closed the complaint and left,...

The AO Smith geyser installed at my home developed problem in july 2024. The complaint was lodged with AO Smith and subsequently within a week a technician was sent by their service provider RS Enterprises Zirakpur. The geyser was repaired and I paid 1200 for the repairs ( 800 for the element and 400 for service charges). However the geyser did not even work for a week . Again complaint was lodged and after much followup ( for two months)...

Ao smith had taken warrenty extension but failed to resolve the complaint....

Service Requests 19915900 and 19981536 not attended to and closed by the Service Centre Dhriti Enterprises located at Lado Sarai, New Delhi.

Its been 24 hours since i raised request for service. Company not follows policies. Pathetic after sale service. I am following them several times, but no action from there side....

Had logged in to service the water heater on 22 Feb 24, I was told the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hrs.
I still waiting.
I got the number of the in charge of service center and then I got the number of a chap higher up than that but nothing seems to work with these people.
Once you get the water heater anything after that is not their problem.
Worst service ever....

I have tried booking service in December 23, Jan 24 and now on Feb 24. Either the One touch app does not work and 2 times the service engineers keep promising to come home to check the machine but never tune up. I also used the escalate option but absolutely useless. I purchased water heater AO Smith about 8 years ago and today the water heater is having complaint of low output pressure. I called AO Smith after going through web pages as the service numbers given by them doesn't exists. Some body answered my call and said some service person will contact you. After one hour the service person called and asked for details which I have pics of the product label.
He called back and said that they are not responsible for service and customer have to contact Jaguar.
I sent mail to AO Smith asking them when the specs label says product made by AO Smith how can you deny this, he said bluntly they are not responsible for service. I called up Jaguar and they said this product is made by AO Smith and they are not responsible.
Logically if the product is made by AO Smith they must be held responsible for service. I am adding pics of the product for the viewers to see how the big companies fool customers and customer must be careful not to buy such products where service is at stake.

I Have taken AMC from one of the AO Smith Service named "Aqua Tech AO Smith RO Service" on[protected], Now My water filter is not working and raised request to AO Smith and refusing to service and they are saying the AMC i have taken is not applicable and the agency no more associated with AO Smith

Following forced advise for servicing my geyser model no EWJ 25 I by authorised service agency at Dehradun, the display unit and PCB of the geyser is not working presumably due to water seeping in during cleaning.

Authorised service centre does not have the PCB being an obsolete model. Though within warranty as bought it in mid. 2018 from authorised outlet in Rishikesh.

Kindly help in replacing the defective...

I have EWJ 25 I geyser since 2018, bought from Jaquar dealership at Rishikesh.

The PCB and display units are not functioning due to mishandling by your service engineer of authorised service station at Dehradun. The authorised service centre at Dehradun does not have spares being an obsolete model.

please help. I am willing to pay required charges.

AO Smith Instant Water heater is not providing hot water and raised complaint on Jan 17, 2024, its been just 2 weeks from
purchase date & we had used just only 2 times & product has "Manufacturing Defect"
Have escalated this ticket multiple times, trying to call number, but no answer

So please "replace geyser" as early as possible

I have AO Smith 03 litres instant water heater, which tripping after about 02 minutes of power On.
