We have been requesting a filter replacement for the past three service visits over the last three days. Our incoming water TDS is ~800, and the filters have not been replaced for nearly a year, despite us having an active AMC costing approximately ₹4, 000.

Instead of addressing the actual issue, every service visit involves only discharging water and superficial external cleaning, which is misleadingly labelled as “service.”...

Geyser malfunctioning unit XPRESS-025 since purchase.
Thermostat had to replaced after each heat cycle for 3-4 times within the warranty period.

Last time it stopped working and warranty finished. I had told the case history that please replace the unit as it is not functioning properly since purchase.
However, I was charged for spares and visit.

Had logged in to service the water heater on 22 Feb 24, I was told the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hrs.
I still waiting.
I got the number of the in charge of service center and then I got the number of a chap higher up than that but nothing seems to work with these people.
Once you get the water heater anything after that is not their problem.
Worst service ever....

I have tried booking service in December 23, Jan 24 and now on Feb 24. Either the One touch app does not work and 2 times the service engineers keep promising to come home to check the machine but never tune up. I also used the escalate option but absolutely useless. Our RO Water Purification system has stopped working. It is under extended warranty. We complained to AO Smith Customer on 11-Apr-2022. As per email received from them for request tracking, the complaint reference number is 16050321.

I had raised a service request to obtain an AMC for my X7 Water Filter. The rep asked me to pay 5500 for AMC to the AO Smith Google Pay account and took an additional 2000 on his personal Google Pay account saying that not all the filters are covered hence I will have to pay extra for one of the filters.

My ao smith x7 water purifier stopped working in march end and i got to know no service de to lockdown. I was waiting till may first week and they started service. One engineer visited on 10th may and changed series of filter some of them are not even used for 2 months and collected 3000 and went. Next day it started warning ro and scpa. Called the engineer multiple times and no response, raised ticket again and escalated to wecare as well...
