Dear sir,
My name is mr. Swapan bhattacharjee, i live in kolkata, west bengal. Purchased a aoc led monitor (Serial no. Aocwv42g4352277) on 6th may 2017.
But from the month of april 2020, experiencing troubles with my monitor that has no display, only a black screen. I already tried with a different power cable but the result was the same.
Tried to contact aoc customer care[protected] several times, but during lock down no response from customer care.
Today on 25/06/2020 aoc customer care representative told me warranty period already expired, but during lock don no response from their end. I knew most of all service centers increased their warranty duration already for 2 to 3 months from the date of expiry.
Please solve the issue urgently.
