Dear sir,

My name is mr. Swapan bhattacharjee, i live in kolkata, west bengal. Purchased a aoc led monitor (Serial no. Aocwv42g4352277) on 6th may 2017.

But from the month of april 2020, experiencing troubles with my monitor that has no display, only a black screen. I already tried with a different power cable but the result was the same.

Pls refer to my previous complaint -192126.2.2015 dated 6th october.
unfortunately i got no response from your side.
Pls call me, i need justice .
1.RS38000/, 40 inch led tv. very hard earned money
2. Was told the money will be refunded, but no refunds initiated & no response of mails either.
3.Numerous mails sents to serviceindia @aoc.com. with all evidence.
