Ap Epass — i didnt receive my fee reimbursement as status is showing pending at district officer

My name is induri triveni. I am from ap but studying mtech in telangana college. My epass status is showing pending at district officer. My application no is[protected] for 2013-14 year, dob is 04081992, ssc no is 0383764. I got my second year reimbursement but first year is pending at district officer for sanction.
