Ap Transport — Driving License Card Not Printed Yet Even Though It's Status is Generated

Hi Ap transport

I took a driving license test on 23rd dec 2021 and the status of the license is approved but tracking of my driving license card is not printed or dispatched to my address.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
