Sir i have passed my driving test and issued on 2nd Dec 2020 .But I didn't received my driving licence still now . Please kindly solve this issue

Hello sir my bike Reg No. *AP39GW4074* has been registered 15 months ago, but *RC card* has not been delivered to me i'm Checking the status on the website shows "card printed date - 04/08/2021 Application status - CARD PRINTED YET TO BE DISPATCHED " And i'm recently Asking at the RTA office Ravulapalem, they said the card had not yet arrived . Why did this happen ? How can I get my bike RC card ? please help me sir

Dear sir/madam,
I am Anjaneyulu from Anantapur dist(Now SRi Satyasai district), ap. I have applied for driving licence endorsement with dl number: AP[protected].
It has been approved and issued on 30/04/2022, and i received a sms stating dl card successfull. But as on today it has not been dispatched. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue asap. I was facing issues without Original DL.
