My driving license smart card has been printed and not yet dispatched for almost 4 months now. So please start the dispatching process and send me tracking number of speed post. Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

I took a driving license test on 23rd dec 2021 and the status of the license is approved but tracking of my driving license card is not printed or dispatched to my address.

My vehicle number is AP39JR4920 it is a two wheeler and i purchased in april 4th 2021 ..registration was done on may 8th 2021.
today date is december 26th 2021 still i wasnt got my RC book

I am C Surendra from Chittoor dist, Andhra Pradesh. I have passed the driving test as on[protected] as pdf attached below issued by government of Transport Department AP. Still driving License card not yet received. DL card status also attached below. Process the card as soon as possible and deliver to registered address.

It was mentioned in the status that test failed, even though I did it perfectly without any lapse.

After inquiry, I came to know, they will not pass any candidate without money from agent or broker

I have done my car ( MG HECTOR) registration in March 2021 thru e-bidding and yet to receive RC card. It's been over 6months and I can't even check the status of the same.

If there is scarcity of smart cards then you should update in website.why we are being charged if you cannot serve people.

If you have scarcity of smart cards or you cannot print them why do you charge common man.
There is no proper customer care or helpline numbers to help the people.

I bought a new bike in AUG 2020
Registration number has been generated but still I did not get RC to my address and Number plate also not yet provided

A vehicle of mahindra xuv made whose registration number is ap31tp4010 marron dark colour vehicle hitted me and didn't stop when unstop and when i followed him to some distance he is speeding up his vehicle and escaped. But i have noted the number as he hitted me and i got injured. All this happened today 26jan2020 evening at around 5to 530pm near industrial state kuv school road to 104gate. I was not able to take photos as i was not carrying my smart phone during the time. Burning noted the details.

Request to kindly take action against him.

Sir i purchased a honda shine with the number ap39bl8427 card was generated but number plate was not issued till now. Please issue me the number plates as early as possible. When i went to office they said the number plate was not issued for you but when i am seeing other vehicles same serial number has installed following serial number has already issued.

Sir i have purchased 1 car from karnataka & i have submitted my car documents to trasnfer the vehicle from karnataka to nellore. A. P. But they are not doing the work since from 10 days. Daily they are telling me to come by tomarrow. Finally they have asked me to submitt all my orginal docuemnts of vehicle and i have submitted all documents clearly what ever they have asked me. But again they told me to come by tomarrow. How many days it will take for this transaction. They are demanding rs. 2500 to do this work.
