Ap Transport — RC not received since March 2021

Hi,
I have done my car ( MG HECTOR) registration in March 2021 thru e-bidding and yet to receive RC card. It's been over 6months and I can't even check the status of the same.
Vehicle Registration Authority- RTA CUDDAPAH
Vehicle no: AP39JB2223
My friends who have done registrations in July got RC cards.

Kindly look into it and do the needful.
