Ap Transport — vehicle rc received but rta records not found

Hi sir my name vuppala durga vijaya kumar on the month of december 2017. I brought my new bike and vehicle number is ap16en6813. And also i received my rc. I am waiting from last two 4 months but still there no update. When we r tring to reach it was shows as no records found. I met rta office so many times. But there is no use. They r not responding properly. So plzz kindly help me.
