Sir, we are not getting our supply to panel through x'mer, because between x'mer to meter the conductor(wire) was break last week, I am already complain through AE sir through whatsapp for this regards, sir it highway light, so NHAI pressuring us for repair urgent basis, so I request you please resolve our problem ASAP.

    I received electricity bill dt. 12.9.2021 for Rs.1478/- vide Solar meter No. 6129338.
    Electricity Department have fixed the solar meter on 20.8.2021.

    Normally, we are getting bill on 4th of the month. This month they came for billing on 12.9.2021
    We used 58 units up to 20.8.2021 vide normal meter No 33904861 and 149 units up to 12.9.21
    vide solar meter No. 6129338 for the above service. Totally we used 207 units for 39 days.

    In this regard I have to inform that you have not taken into account the total units of 300 as on 12.9.2021 produced by solar panels.

    I am giving the details of previous months bill amount for your kind information.
    April 2021 Rs. 556/-
    May 2021 Rs. 620/-
    June 2021 Rs. 607/-
    July 2021 Rs. 496/-
    Aug.2021 Rs.540/-

    Kindly arrange to correct/rectify the above bill and to add solar units in future bills.

        I K Jaya Surya Kumar having electricity connection with meter number:[protected] with door. No 3-470/1, nambur railway station road, pedakakani village and mandal of guntur district, A.P -522508. On 06 Sep 2021 meter observer came and didn't issued electricity bill for the above service number, he has informed that the meter unable to scan, in this connection it's unable to issue electricity bill.
        In this regard I requested electricity officials to issue electricity bill in mean time for the above service number. On 10 Sep 2021 electricity official has came to the reading for the above service number and informed that the electricity bill will be generated to my mobile number, but they didn't issued. In this connection, I am contacting the electricity official to issue electricity bill. Today electricity official has came and changed the meter of the above service number at the time of removal of the meter the reading is 1874. They informed that the changed meter can able to scan further. But they didn't issued electricity bill in this month for the above service number. If they not issue electricity bill for this month, next month I can get high reading to my meter due to non issue of bill for this month. It will become burden to me. In this connection, immediately issue electricity bill for the above service number.

          As per the billing history dated 14/08/2021, the opening and closing readings are one and the same i.e. 11463. We are out of the house for more than 50 days. Usually, the monthly bill is less than 40 units. But, the bill for August month is 145 units as we have not used the power. Please verify and resolve at the earliest.

              I am new consumer from March 2021 to APCPDCL with service no.[protected]. In may and june 2021 meter stopped working. In July I have paid Rs 1927. In August shortfall arrear raised Rs. 7889 as average consumption for the period of may and june which average taken from December 2020, January 2021 & February 2021 (Three months highest average). At that time I am not the consumer who is responsible for those averages. Then why should I pay that Arrear amount. So I request to persuit the same. On 28th August 2021 fuses removed for not paying the bill. I have contacted staff of APCPSCL in my local office but no use. Still no power supply. Thank you

                We have consumed 211 units in the month of August and received an electricity bill of Rs.769/-. I have paid the bill on time.
                We have consumed 208 units only in the month of SEPTEMBER and received an electricity bill of Rs.1004/-.
                Could you let me know, how come the bill got increased even though the number o[censored]nits consumed are less(208

                      I registered this compliments from repalle (Isukapalle current substation)
                      Here the staff thinking and they are following their own rules even the staff did not provide the timming board of current bills payment counter.
                      Here some people says today is second Saturday.
                      That means did APCPDCL provide any holidays in second Saturday..??
                      What the ### things is going on here.what the management doing here. ?
                      If we didn't pay the bills the APCPDCL collect the extra fees from people .
                      Then The APCPDCL didn't provide the good servics and the staff didn't provide the minimum respect to the CUSTOMER means the APCPDCL didn't have right to collect extra changes from the CUSTOMER.

                            Water tank line, chintalapadu, chandarlapadu mandalam, krishna, 521182.
                            Daily power cuts and low voltage. Most of them happens in mid nights and No one will be available to contact. I have been complaining since from long time but no one is responding on this issue. Please take necessary actions against this issue and the substation employees and aswell line man too.

                                Low voltage since 1day and lift not working. Also electronic machines are effected, like TV and laptop. And finally online work and classes are hampered for elders and children. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    Sir, In Mundlamuru mandal of Ongole Circle frequent power cuts are happening daily especially from 7 PM to 11 PM every day. Peoples are suffering with Power Cuts even after paying high electricity bills.

                                      Regarding Meter::[protected]MACHILIPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH)

                                      Executive is coming and informing that his scanner is not allowing to take meter reading since 4 months. When we are cross checking he is telling that bill will come online you can pay overthere directly and if it happens next time, he will raise a complaint. I didnt understand his concept as he is saying same old reason since 4 months and not looking for any sort of resolution. Kindly request you to please consider this as high priority and do the needful by resolving this issue.

                                      When trying to raise a complaint through website, it is also not working properly. Attached is the screenshot FYR.
                                      Truly appreciate your help in this regards.

                                        In these scenario, we are working from home and no proper power supply here.
                                        It takes 2 to 5 hours to get power sometimes or else often they'll cut the power for every 1 or 2 hours.
                                        It is serious issue, our works are become complicated because of this.
                                        So please keep forward this issue and please work on this.
