Though we did not consumed or supplied to others, meter showed consumption during March 2021 was 509 units for Rs.3, 370/- power bill was served to us. As a result of our complaint, the concerned authorities arrived that either we have consumed or let power to use by others. Hence, they suggested us to pay the bill in scheduled time.
We, once again submit that, we used power for our domestic use only and we did not supplied to any body or no other used power from our supply. We do not know the reasons for wrong meter reading showed without consumption at our end. We request the authorities to examine the case once again and do rectify the problem so as to pay bill in scheduled time.       Respected sir, నా పేరు సురేష్ బాబు. నేను నా స్తలంలో కరెంటు మీటర్ కు apply చెయ్యగా, 7/3/2020 అనగా last year meter sanction అయ్యింది. ఇప్పటి వరకు నాకు connection ఇవ్వలేదు. AEE/ADE డబ్బులు demand చేస్తున్నారు. వాళ్ళు అడిగిన amount నా వద్ద లేనందున, ఇవ్వలేక పోయాను. 1 yr నుండి, వారి వద్దకు తిరిగి తిరిగి విసుగు చెంది, న్యాయం దొరుకుతుందిని ఆశతో, తప్పని సరి పరిస్తితులలో complaint చేయుచున్నాను. కనుక, తమరు దయచేసి తగు చర్యలు తీసుకో గలరని ఆశిస్తున్నారు. మీరు అవకాశం ఇస్తే, మిమ్మల్ని కలసి పూర్తి వివరాలు సమర్పించగలను. కావున, నాకు electricity connection ఇప్పించి, లంచం demand చేస్తున్న AEE (వెంకట రాజు) and ADE (బాలాజి నాయక్) పైన చర్యలు తీసుకొని, నా లాంటి వారిని ఆదుకుంటారని ఆశిస్తున్నాను. నాకు sanction అయిన receipt ని attach చేస్తున్నాను.

        I have electricity connection for my house No:[protected] at mangaldasnagar Guntur-522001 A .P, with consumer No:[protected] in the name of Bezzam Vemkata Ratnam.
        I have been paying electric bill with said consumer No: on line. But this month, when I opened the site on line and feed the above service number.I am getting message' failure due to invalid service number'. I am not able to see the electric bill.Can I get correct service / consumer number?

          I am having electricity connection in the name of BEZZAM VENKATA RATNAM, in Mangaldas nagar. with consumer number[protected].
          Every month I used to pay the bill ON LINE.
          This month, it says enter the correct consumer number. I am at Hyderabad and may not likely to come for 2 months.
          Can I get the correct consumer number for above electricity consumer
          and consumer number given above?

            Complaint is all about pole wire damage as it has transformer on this line but most of the wires between transformer and pole are damaged even last week one wire fallen on road and we alerted people who is walking on the road and service man come and changed only one wire of that fallen but all other wires has same issue we are afraid to walk on road due to this issue so please change wires

            Note:- There are two schools on this road so please respond ASAP.

              iwas paid the bill amount of 1353 on phone pay hence the transaction completed, and the biller desk was also approved that bill was send to the apcpdcl. but hence it was not updated the amount to my bill, iwas paid the bill second time laso kindly please return back my amount which was excess paid my me

                  We are not having power since 10am and it's already 4 now. This happens very frequently. If power is off- it goes for 6-7hrs straight. Somebody need to do something about it!!
                  There is no customer care number and information on whom to reach out.

                  Worst experience!!

                        I paid my electricity bill for April month as directed by the APSPDCL of RS 381 before April 18 My customer service number is[protected].They haven't given any info regarding this and clarification. This month i got total of two months bill of RS 826

                                Due to employees negligance customers are bearing unnecessary charges...

                                For example bill should generate for 30days but readiing has taken for 32 daysfor 200 slab we need to pay 3.6rs dur to delay usage units has increased and from unit slab 201 we need to pay 6.9 rs per units. How middle class peope will bear such type o[censored]nncecssary charges...

                                  I am ramakrishnaiah, i have paid powerbill of last month pending due by online services(apspdcl billdesk) and i have screenshot about that payment has paid but employee came to my house and fuse of my meter was kept with him and went to office... (without any information to the owners(gents) of house who gave that right to him to remove the fuse bring with him back . And ladies in that house are said that we have paid. but he didn't listen to any one of that house...) so it not correct sir, please give the solution to this... THANK YOU !

                                    I had paid my electricity bill on airtel app on 13 may 2019, I got the message that payment was successful, and now it is showing that my bill is due My tnx Id is–[protected].

                                    The Average engegy consume on this meter is from 250 units if you see jan & feb bills it is 253 and 279 units .

                                    In march it was 408
                                    in APril it was 442

                                    Looks meter is running fast so I request you to get it check and fix the problem

                                      Billing person asked extra money from me every month which i denied him on 12 nov 18. Then, bill generated on 12 nov 18 was not given to me. I checked it online and found that bill was generated on 12 nov 18 with amount 1664/-. Every month my bill came around 450 - 600. How can this amount jump to threefold while electricity is being used similarly, in fact i m using less due to onset of winter, fans and room cooler are not being used. Pls resolved this issue. This is a case of bribery/corruption. I already have written to ae malkapuram operation for this matter on 13 no 18 but not resolved and further complaint is not being entertained by apepdcl.
