APDCL — electricity connection disconnected from transformer without valid reason

Respected sir,

With due respect i (Rajib deka) on behalf of rajeswari deka like to inform you that the electricity connection was disconnected from transformer on dated 04/jul/2019 without any kind of notice. Sir some consumer of our area did not pay the electricity bill, but the concern company disconnected the power supply from transformer for that the another consumers which were paying the bill on time they also not avail the service of electricity. Sir we did not receive the electricity bill regularly, so it was not possible to pay bill on time. We almost paid the outstanding bill amount of our area. After that we didn't get the connection. Regarding this matter we give a lots of request to sdo for continue the power supply. And we physically meet him on dated[protected], but ignore our request. Sir we request you kindly help us for get back our electricity connection.
