Irregular billing is disturbing monthly budget. Many complaint has been reported to apcdl karimganj, and accountant solved my problem forth with and informed in front of me to meter reader for timely take bill of con. No.[protected], apdcl and he followed but after that he turned back to his same formed nt responding. He is nt even pick up phone nor submit bill.in this way many time we faced a huge bill of rs.11000/-. It is not fare pl. Resolve such problem immediately.

Sir, my father who is a consumer name aswini kr. Malakar, age 86 ill health, live alone. We r govt employee and out of station. They not providing bill monthwise for after enquire they call meter reader he take bills but not deliver bill for which my mother age 76 fall in occured position how to pay electric bill. Problem is meter reader or someone from dept. Descriminite with consumer made bill higher and paid after that may take in pocket after justified amount paid to the apcdl.

How can meter reader signed in advance as N/P(no power) on 30.09.18. Actually he visited our home on 13.09.18 and taken electricity bill then he realised that it would be good enough to ignore next visit he signed as N/P on 30.09.18. It is disgusting plz look into the matter as we are out of home.

Perdon me, he actually visited our home on 13.08.18 and noted/taken bill and also noted on.30.09.18 N/P. When I asked meter reader he told me that N/P is No Power.

Problem is electric meter reading, mr. Abc, of Karimganj electricity taking reading as his wish. Recently he submitted a bill for Rs.2589/- for 55 days. It is not a single times earlier in many times I complaint about this. Why not monthly basis. In this way without visiting the spot they produced a bill and posted to our premises. Con.
