      I have the honour to request you that myself Shri Achinta Bariah, Son of Late Alin Chandra Baruah, a resident of Gotanagar, maligaon, Guwahati-781011 and staying there since 50 years.
      That Sir, three days before it was noticed that by electrical maintenance gang at my locality drawn/tapped electrical supply line from the pole which is exclusively meant for my own use to give supply to neighboring house. Also the supply line is tied to a nearby tree which seems to be very much unsafe for my family members as because at any moment the supply line may be break due to monkey menace, strong wind etc which may endanger human life.
      In reference to above facts I would bring to your kind notice that this sort o[censored]nauthorized connections should not be encouraged rather dealt with strong action against the defaulters. You are kindly requested to rectify the illegal connection at the earliest.

        After installing a new digital meter by APDCL, the bill is coming double than the previous meter, and I also contacted APDCL by calling on 1912 they told me that servicemen will visit within a week but it's been more than 2 week and I haven't received any update and no one comes to see or check my meter. Kindly resolve my issue.

          I recharged my prepaid meter with Rs. 1000 but yet not recieved any voucher code in the messages nor in the apdcl website. The transaction was successful and my money got debited as well. Kindly send me the voucher code as soon as possible....

              For my customer id[protected], bill is generated on estimated amount which is thrice the average amount of all last month's bill. My meter is in same place, at parking lot, as was earlier but in bill it is showing inaccessible. Please help.

                Every morning there is a power cut. And power comes around 11 o'clock in the night. When asked the excuse of rain is always given. But this doesn't work like that. We have to study for our exam, and we want the phone where there is no charge and no electricity to give charge. It's been 4 days like this. They cut the power early in the morning and give it back around 11 in night.

                            I have received bill of rs.15000 for average of 1000 rs pm, I have submitted revised bill application because in Srirampur bazar its very poor power supply in a day only 3 to 4 hours we get power, how can I pay 1000 rs pm, besides other retailers are paying 400 rs pm. I talk to sdo apdcl, not responded, I talk to billing department not responding, this is my consumer ID[protected]. Kindly help .

                                  I hail from 2No Dibong under Margherita sub division, Dist-Tinsukia. We have been facing the regular power cut especially during business hours without any cause. Even if there is a any, say for instance, the worn and torn electric supply chain, it must be fixed. Truly speaking we have been traumatised beyond description.

                                    I just got shocked today when APDCL shared a bill . How come the amount comes 480 for Aug -Sep, 2021 month when the house was locked for 6 months, Nobody is there in the house, and u shared d bill of this much amount.

                                      It is for your information that the Electric Bill of Consumer No.[protected], meter no-GE204220, DTR NO-217.has received an unexpected huge amount of Bill for the last two month. Usually the Energy Bill becomes around Rs. 500/ or so on, but this time it is around Rs. 2487 as per your the Bill. My previous deficit bill amount was Rs-46.79 .And also i would like to inform you that if you saw my last 15 month Bill paid statement you will be see that my monthly bill come around Rs - 500 to 550. There is a huge mistake took place in my bill amount by the employee of meter reader.He wrongly collected my meter reading that's the reason this month i get unexpected bill amount.
                                      Every month i saw new meter reader come to collect our meter reading that's the reason this month i get unexpected bill amount from the APDCL.Actually meter reader doesn't not know how to collect a meter reading.If you see my current bill you will be see that APDCL imposed electricity duty fees Rs -122.33.Actually they impose Rs- 34.33 as an electricity duty fees in my previous all bill gave by the APDCL. my current bill shows that i consumed 393 units.It is too much .My average consumption unit is - 128 . Do needful immediately

I am complaining about the service of APDCL .as the transformer which our electricity connected, that's transformer is totally unprotected . They are not covering this transformer by barrier.it is dangerous for animals and humans. If the serious accident take place in this transformer who will be responsible for the accident..?and also i would like to inform you that this transformer is installed in a wrong place.when flood occurs this transformer sink under water.is it dengerous for human and animals? is APDCL give their identity as a foolishness in this matter? we have bee complaining this matter to the S.D.O. of sarthebari but he doesn't take this matter seriously.Please don't be late and take necessary steps about this matter .This transformer is situated in Town-sarthebari, Ward no-2 (DABOR CHUPA).

                                                This is to inform you that we are facing low voltage problem in our area i.e Tarapur madan mohan road silchar Assam...we have tried to reach the electricity board of silchar but they are not responding to our calls and kept our phone no rejected list even when the phone rang they rejected our calls. Do a favor and accept this complaint and also try to solve this as early as possible because we are unable to sleep at night due to this issue.

                                                    With due respect I would like to inform you that my meter No. 3216954 Consumer No.[protected] Cosumer Name - Smachu Necha Begam Vill -Satghori PO - Knaibazar Dist - Karimganj (Assam) that my meter is not working after installation of the meter and getting connected the line . There has been showing exorbitant bills (monthly[protected] Rs.) I use in my house 4 valves, 2 fans and 1 water pumping motor only .
                                                    Under the circumstances, I request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electic bills are prepared thereof.

                                                          I am a consumer of BOKO ESD . I connected with DTR no 930 transformer. I inform you that in our village 78 to 90 consumer but transformer is only 16 kV. Before 1 year ago voltage was normal 200 to 240 but since 8, 9 month voltage is going to very low like 120 to 140 .because newly connected 14nos 2h.p agriculture pump for irrigation. And also inform you the transformer is 8 years old .in 2012 new line construction on our village with 16 kv transformer. but today all consumers use more electric equipment. APDCL Give permission 14 nos 2hp motor but did not upgrade transformer so voltage is going to low . Plz take immediate action and upgrade the transformer. Thanks
