APDCL — for not providing voltage as per norms

Respect concerns
This is to bring into your notice that we are not getting proper voltage in our area inspite of regular complaint. Our division falls under tezpur sub division ii and the concern sdo is mr. Biman haloi, dgm is mr. Pankaj saikia. After repeated complaints from last one year and 3 months non of the authority of apdcl couldn't provide solution. We are paying for what we don't get. As a consumer we are paying electricity bill inspite of not getting voltage which is around 110 to 125 instead of 200 to 220. Non of the electrical/electronic things work properly. Few machine have gone bad and damaged due to very low voltage.
Every time give excuses one after the another.
People of the area are suffering and two people have died due to heatstroke.

Requesting to look into the matter at the earliest and take appropriate action against the concern person and department.
