APDCL — I'm complaining about the service of electricity board.

I dilwar hussain choudhury complaining about the service of electricity board as the transformer which our electricity connected, that's transformer is totally covered by jungles or tree's if any accidents happen who will be responsible for the accident.. Please don't be late and clean up the jungle around the transformer...
Please provide the proper and timely services for the transformer as the covered up by jungles and tree's may occurs severe accidents which connected to consumers connection...
