APDCL — Low voltage problem is not solving by them

This is to inform you that we are facing low voltage problem in our area i.e, at tarapur, station road, silchar, assam. We tried to reach them through telephone but they are not responding to our problems...even the electricity board of silchar rejected our calls and kept our phone no.on rejected list for which we are unable to reach them.
