Dear sir/madam
I would like to request you to kindly provide electricity with proper voltage, i am aware of the fact that your department is capable only to provide electricity for two to three hours a day, but why don't you even do that in a proper way?
We consumers have no high hopes on this department but atleast an hour with proper voltage will be appreciated.

My Electricity bill have some problem in it as we havn't consumed that amount. And also every month it is increasing by Rupees 200 to 300,
So kindly please look after it as soon as possible
