Am writing you this seeking in help of justice and support in recovering our company money aling with compensation that we paid to a company in mumbai dahisar east, the details are briefed below. We are bpo company based in ranchi, jharkhand. We came in contact with a company apex techno world which's office is located in travis diamond complex at dahisar east, 1st floor working in the name of vodafone call center for bpo project and we signed 1 project paying them security deposit of 6 lakhs (Process name – rbl inbound). After we paid, we find them with improper communication and updates, they did not give us any clarity or clear picture upon further project proceedings. At the time of discussion and even before paying and agreement signing they said will help us in recruitment and then we will have trainer coming down to our office and train our employees for week and then make the project live, none of the above said happened and then they dragged things from december protected to march protected. They did not process us anything genuinely and told us fake stories, played with our career and lives, they are playing tricks and dragging things, threatening and cheating us.
